Florent Baboux has been awarded an Emergence(s) project by the City of Paris (2020-2024) for the QITE team, focused on the use of non-linear waveguide lattices for quantum information. The "LATTICE" project aims to develop compact sources of spatially entangled photons, and to exploit them for the quantum simulation of physical problems otherwise difficult to access in condensed matter systems, such as the topological protection of quantum states and the Anderson localization of multi-particle states.
