Our research activity in nonlinear nanophotonics started back in the nineties on nonlinear dielectric waveguides and spatial optical solitons, then it moved to semiconductor parametric sources of both quantum and bright states of light. Since 2007 we started to work on nonlinear frequency conversion in whispering gallery microresonators and other III-V integrated photonic and optoelectronic microstructures. Since 2015, our study ha also focused on the design, fabrication and characterization of nonlinear nanoantennas and metasurfaces. Our most recent achievements and projects are detailed hereafter:
